Refund policy

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• Returns due to customer error during the ordering process will not be accepted.
• Returns will only be accepted with our prior agreement. In this case, the customer will be refunded after our Sales Department has verified the validity of the claim.
• In all cases, the merchandise must be returned to us in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
