Competition rules

Article 1 – Organization
SHOT RACE GEAR is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary, accessible online.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation
The competition is open to any person of legal age residing in France, Spain, England, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, the USA, Canada, Argentina, Belgium, with the exception of staff members of the organizer and their families.
Participation is limited to one registration per person.

Article 3 – Participation Procedures
To participate in the draw and try to win one of the vouchers worth €200, €150, €100 or €50 , simply fill in the form available above .

Any incomplete, fraudulent or late registration will not be considered.

Article 4 – Competition Dates
Registration is open until November 22 at 11:59 PM (local time) .
No entries will be accepted after this date.

Article 5 – Selection of winners
Winners will be drawn at random from eligible entries.
They will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.

Article 6 – Lots
The prizes up for grabs are:

• 1 voucher worth €200
• 1 voucher worth €150
• 1 €100 voucher
• 1 €50 voucher

Vouchers are valid only on SHOT brand products and cannot be exchanged for their cash value under any circumstances.

Article 7 – Protection of personal data
The data collected for the competition is used solely for its management (participation, draw, contacting the winners).
In accordance with the GDPR, each participant can access their data, request its rectification or deletion by writing to: contact@powersports.fr

Article 8 – Responsibility
The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of technical problems, data loss or non-receipt of participation.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the regulations
Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
